John Randall (Randy) Lewis is a partner Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Randy has extensive experience in many areas of corporate and securities law, including public offerings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity financings. Randy is a leader in the firm's emerging company and clean technology practices. His practice focuses on the representation of enterprises, ranging from start-ups to large public corporations as well as investment funds and investment banks.
His representative company clients include: Adobe Systems, Fileblaze, Gridspeak Corporation, Metrus Energy, Mission Motors, OPX Biotechnologies and Vidquik. Randy began his career in the firm's Palo Alto, California, office. Prior to attending law school, Randy worked at GE Capital and Wells Fargo Bank. He earned his JD from the University of Chicago Law School and his BS in Finance from Boston University.
